Unsuitable items may be exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date, it can be exchanged in our shop or it can be sent back. Returns have to be within 14 days. Online customers have to send an email to [email protected] within 14 days after receiving.

Items with RMA number, returned within the 14 day period after receiving and undamaged will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the return.

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of Megusta. Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance of the Return Policy a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund.

Unless items are sold with 70% off and stated as Non-Refundable, in this case items cannot be returned, swapped nor refunded.

Megusta ships within The Netherlands & Belgium with DHL Express, Worldwide with POST.nl. POST.nl does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Megusta orders are shipped out of Utrecht, in the Netherlands with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Megusta shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
