ORDERING WITH US:

Q What happens when my order is not on stock?
A

Due to a small exclusive stock it could happen that we discover the product is not on stock. We immediately contact you for another comparable item or just simply refund you.

Q What is the status of my shipment?
A

We will contact you by mail to keep a track of your purchase. With a UPS or Post.nl Tracking code you can track your package at all time. 

Q I have received the wrong product, what should I do?
A

Q My order is not complete, what should I do?
A

Q Can I change my order?

In case your shipment is already left, we cannot change anything anymore.

Q Are the prices all included with TAX?
A

Yes all prices include 21%. Published prices and final invoices are in Euro. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL MEGUSTA.NL orders are shipped out of Utrecht -  Netherlands WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Q I have a complaint what should I do?
A

If you have any complaint with us you contact us by our contact for or you can email us to info@megusta.nl. We will thrive to reply to you that same day.

Are you happy and do you feel content about our service? Or do you have recommendations for our website? We also like to hear that from you! You are more than welcome to mail us your ideas to info@megusta.nl 

Q How do I know that my order has been processed good?
A

When you order any product you will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email. When the shipment is done, you will also receive a confirmation of that.

Q Are the products on Megusta.nl original?
A

All products on MEGUSTA.nl are original. Our products are ordered from fashion suppliers everywhere around the world.

Q Do sold out products come back in stock again?
A

All products on MEGUSTA.nl are directly supplied from the physical boutique MEGUSTA in the Netherlands. For any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us for further information info@megusta.nl or call +31 (0)30 234 02 87

GENERAL:

Q How do I place an order?
A

On Megusta.nl you can order the products that you like, simply just by clicking onto it, then you are forwarded to the product page.

From here you can choose your size and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. After that you can click on ‘CHECKOUT’

 On the payment page you can fill in your shipping and billing address and then you place the order. On the next page you can choose your payment method. You can pay with Ideal or Paypal.

As soon as the order is received by us, we will pack it in nice and clean preparing it  to be shipped to you.

Q What is Megusta.nl and how does it work?
A

MEGUSTA.nl is a physique and online store who thrives to bring the most updated designer collections each season in store and online. As an official supplier of our brands we are persistent and only select the most cutting edge designer brands that add onto the Megusta look & feel. 

Our clothing brands are from Italy, France, US & Korea. All our designer brands are unique and original. 

MEGUSTA brings the Men’s & Women’s Collection together in one store creating a range of variety in achieving the right look for everyone. Most of the time we only have single pieces of each item, which makes it very interesting for customers to own that particular piece.

After the payment we ship your purchase the next day from the boutique directly with Post.nl or UPS.

Q On what ways can I do the payment?
A

At this moment you can pay with ideal & PayPal. For any bank transfers you can contact us by mail info@megusta.nl

Q Where can I find my Invoice?
A

For logging in and payments we use a secure SSL-system on MEGUSTA.nl. By this all your details are encrypted safely. Your payment detals are double protected within the order process. Nothing can bee seen by others. The most important security is your own personal password. Do not give your password ever to other people and avoid keeping your logged in details unprotected. 

Q Are there risks to buying online?
A

MEGUSTA.nl garantees the safety of all your personal details. All details concerning your payment and personal details are always handled encrypted.

SHIPPING:

Q What happens when I am not at home?
A

Every package is delivered three times to your address.  Also will the courier leave a note message that they missed you at home or that you can pick it up at your nearest postal services. On this note there will be a phone number of the local post office you can also call. After attempting three times to deliver at the home address the package will stay 5 days at your nearest postal services where after the package will be shipped back to the boutique MEGUSTA. 

Q What are the shipping costs?
A

All orders placed on MEGUSTA.nl are shipped FREE to the Netherlands & Belgium with DHL Express or PostNL, with an exception on orders below €150,00, which have a €8,50 shipping fee.

All exceeding countries are shipped with Post.nl. Shipping costs are based on location, but with a maximum of 25,00.

Q When is my Order delivered?
A

In the Netherlands & Belgium all Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day and delivered the next day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. At this moment we do not deliver on Sundays. All orders abroad the Netherlands or Belgium, we always give an approximate delivery time by email.

Q Which courier will deliver my order?
A

Within the Netherlands & Belgium we have FREE Shipping with UPS. Countries abroad are shipped with Post.nl. 

Q Can I trace my Order?
A

Orders from the Netherlands & Belgium can easily track their order online on UPS.com. Customers abroad the Netherlands & Belgium track their order on www.internationalparceltracking.com

Q Is it possible to deliver my order on a different address?
A

You can easily choose for another delivery address while completing your order.

Q Do you ship abroad?
A

We have WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. In European Union orders exceeding 500 euro are FREE OF SHIPPING CHARGES. Orders shipped outside the European Union must exceed 500 euro after VAT deduction for FREE SHIPPING. 

Q How long does it take before I receive my order?
A

you order after 3:00 PM ? Then your order is shipped the next day. For orders abroad the Netherlands & Belgium we will help you to track your order and give the approximate days of delivery since this is different for each country.

Q Is my order insured?
A

MEGUSTA.NL shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Q Can I change my order?
A

Would you like to change your order? Please contact us on info@megusta.nl  In the case your package already has left the boutique MEGUSTA we cannot alter anything on you order anymore.

Q Can I change?
A

Please contact us by mail info@megusta.nl of Call Us +31 (0) 30 234 02 87 and tell us your concern. If it’s another item with a higher amount you are able to transfer money by banking and we will ship your package. We will do the change shipment at our cost.

Q Can I change my products bought online change in the boutique?
A

Of course you are always welcome to do your change or bring it back in our boutique.

Q Can I return my order?
A

All products sold on MEGUSTA.nl can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Although it’s very important that the condition of the products are in line with our policy : the products may not be used, original packaging still intact, original labels and stickers still attached. In all packages are guided with the return instruction documents and address. It’s very important to ship your order in the original packaging box back to the Boutique MEGUSTA Voorstraat 5 3512 AH Utrecht Nederland.

Q I have returned my order package but I still didn'€™t receive any respond.
A

Please remind that it could take several days before your package arrives at the boutique. After a week still no reaction? Please contact us the soonest info@megusta.nl or Call Us +31 (0) 30 234 02 87

Q What are the costs for sending my order back to the boutique?
A

The costs for sending your order back to MEGUSTA are at your own and will not be dued by MEGUSTA.  According form the country where you are shipping from; in the Netherlands you can ship with PostNL for only 6,75. For all countries abroad we advise you to inform at the nearest local postal services.

Q How will I be refunded?
A

The way you will be refunded depends on the way you have placed your order. With Ideal we will refund on your bank account and with PayPal we will refund on your PayPal account.  

Q When do I receive my money back?
A

As soon as your order package is delivered at the boutique and checked the amount will be refunded the soonest but still with a maximum of 30 days after dissolving the purchase.

Q Where can I send my order return to?
A

All packages are guided with return forms with instructions. On this return form you can fill in your RMA number, so we know that it is your package that comes back. It’s important that the return shipment is done carefully as MEGUSTA is not responable for lost packages. This may be prevented with a track & trace number.

Q How can I get a RMA (return) number?
A

When you send back or bring back your order package to the boutique, it’s very important to have the RMA number included. This RMA-number you can easily fill in the form after receiving this by e-mail.

Q Within how many days do I need to send my order back?
A

After receiving you have 14 days to send your order back to MEGUSTA.
