Megusta ships within The Netherlands & Belgium with DHL Express, Worldwide with POST.nl. POST.nl does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Megusta orders are shipped out of Utrecht, in the Netherlands with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro. IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE LOWER VALUES OR THE ITEMS AS GIFTS AS PER INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REGULATIONS. Netherlands: 2 or 3 days delivery after payment settling. Please note that this is the case if product availability and payments are in proper care. Orders exceeding Euro 500.00 are FREE OF SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipments outside of the European Union must exceed Euro 500.00 after the VAT deductions.
Orders are shipped from Megusta in Utrecht, in the Netherlands - Monday till Friday from 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday. AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement from Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday). We remind first-time Clients that Megusta will request Bank Approval to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping. PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement during regular office hours from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives. We remind first-time Clients that Megusta will request Banca Approval to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from Megusta specifying the tracking number. Clients can trace the shipments on the POST.nl website : www.postnl.nl or call 0031 (0)58 2333 333 or visit the link www. tracktrace.nl enter the Barcode and Zipcode in the fields provided for tracking shipment. The web page will change and show the exact movements of the parcel as recorded by the courier. Or call for tracking to 0900-0570 (€ 0,45 p/m). In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by POST.nl and/or Megusta.
Megusta shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
Delivery Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Megusta shipments are carefully packaged in a box with an Adhesive Seal. If for any reason, the box looks tampered or NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence the at the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Successful Shipment Delivery
If for any reason, an order from Megusta is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to the Netherlands at the Client’s expense including the cost of the return shipment and re-import fees. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
