OPERATIONS & BACKEND SPECIALIST (FULLTIME)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations & Backend Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will work with Lightspeed and our backend systems to support daily operations. Your responsibilities will include processing new collections, managing product data, and handling customer returns accurately and efficiently. You will play an important role in ensuring our inventory and systems remain up to date and well organised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Lightspeed to manage products, inventory, and system updates

• Process and upload new collections into the system

• Handle and process returns accurately

• Support backend and operational tasks as needed

• Ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow between systems

Requirements:

• Experienced working with Lightspeed (or similar retail/POS systems) or you can learn

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or backend operations is a plus

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Newsletter Coordinator to join the Megusta team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that fits the Megusta style and brand identity, with a strong focus on Instagram. You will also manage and send out newsletters on a regular basis, ensuring consistent communication with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and plan Instagram content that reflects the Megusta look and tone

• Develop creative ideas for posts, stories, and reels

• Manage and design newsletters and send them out steadily

• Work closely with the team to align content with new collections and campaigns

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends

• Ability to create content that matches a defined brand aesthetic

• Experience with newsletters or email marketing tools is a plus

• Creative, organised, and proactive

• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or retail is a plus

• Bonus: experience with email platforms like Mailjet

What You’ll Do :

 

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries
• Organize and label inventory in the warehouse
• Track stock levels and notify when items need restocking
• Perform regular stock counts and updates
• Keep the warehouse tidy, safe, and efficient
• Help clients that need assistance in our basement

 

What we are looking for :

 

• A hands-on, can-do attitude and sense of responsibility
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes as needed
• Basic computer skills, for inventory systems, also to be able to help clients with their purchase at the cassier
