Applicable law and jurisdiction

The terms and condition and contractual relationships between Megusta and the Customer are regulated by the Dutch law and shall be interpreted in pursuance to the Dutch laws. In case of disagreement, parties shall seek for an amicable solution before going into court. The Customer accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. For any controversy arising from or in connection to the navigation or the use of the Site the competent court shall be the court of the Netherlands.
